Life Tempo ("we," "us," or "the app") is an all-in-one daily planner for workouts, meals, budgeting, and trip planning. This policy explains what information the app handles, how it is used, and the choices you have. We built Life Tempo to keep your data yours.
Account information. If you choose to create an account, we collect your email address and a securely stored password, used only to sign you in and sync your data. If you use the app without an account, we don't collect this.
Content you create. The information you enter into the app — workouts and exercise history, meals and recipes, budget income/expenses and accounts, trips, plans, habits, calendar events, and notes. When you're signed in, this is stored so it's available on your other devices.
What we don't collect. We do not use advertising identifiers, third-party analytics or tracking SDKs, or your contacts, precise location, photos, or microphone. We don't build advertising profiles.
We use it only to provide the app: to run your account, save your data, sync it across your devices, and deliver the features you use. We do not use your content for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
Data is stored on your device. If you sign in, a copy is also stored on our backend provider, Supabase, which hosts our database and handles secure sign-in. Each account's data is protected by row-level security, meaning one user's data cannot be read by another user. Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.
Life Tempo lets you optionally share exercises you create so other members can add them too. If you choose to share an exercise, its name, category, and targeted muscles become visible to other users, associated with an anonymous account identifier (not your email). Sharing is optional and off unless you turn it on. You can delete anything you've shared, and you can report, hide, or block content from other contributors. Reported content is hidden automatically. Please don't submit anything offensive, private to someone else, or that you don't have the right to share.
We do not sell data to these or any other parties.
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from the account menu inside the app, which removes your stored data and signs you out. Signing out or uninstalling the app also clears the data held on that device. If you contributed to the community exercise library, deleting your account removes your association with those items.
We protect your data with encrypted connections (HTTPS) and database-level access controls that isolate each account. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to safeguard your information.
Life Tempo is rated for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
You can access and correct your information directly in the app, and delete your account and data at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal data; contact us and we'll help you exercise them.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above, and significant changes will be reflected in the app or on this page.
